The Brief
We Are Open has worked with a number of Red Hat teams. We helped the Products and Technologies team with their various communities. As Red Hat EMEA Partners, we designed and ran four participatory workshops to look at ideal futures in the areas of Cybersecurity, Inclusivity, the role of NGOs and the private sector, and Tech Trends. Then, we expanded our work into a masterclass on Foundations of Open wherein we established an innovative model for learning.
Working with Laura was a great experience for my team. She walked us through an architecture of participation and helped us think through how we could shift our approach from one of communicating to a passive audience to one of engaging with an active community of contributors. It was awesome to get insight from someone outside of our organization who could help us look at our work in a different way.
